Do you accept returns?

I don’t have a return policy in place because I’m so hopeful and confident you’re going to love Louie the Chicken and your new card as much as I loved creating it. However, if there is something wrong I ask that you please use the contact page and reach out and I am happy to look into it.

Why is there not a tracking number when my order ships out?

Crafted on Canvas is a small business. I am so grateful to be a part of this platform. I hope to bring the best shipping prices and right now in order to do this that means a tracking number is not included with orders.
